Holiday Inn - Ottawa Dwtn - Parliament Hill, An Ihg Hotel, Ottawa

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean, spacious, and equipped with a microwave, fridge, and coffee maker, making it really convenient. The third-floor room I stayed in was impeccable. The staff, especially the early shift worker who welcomed us, was exceptionally nice, and the cleaning staff were always helpful and polite. The location close to key areas of Ottawa was a major plus, although the dining options were a bit limited.

My stay at the hotel was a mix of positive and negative experiences. The rooms were nice and comfortable, and the front desk staff was great. However, my room wasn't in pristine condition upon arrival due to the housekeeping staff still preparing it when I arrived.

The hotel rooms, though clean, felt a bit grungy for our family of 4, and smaller than expected. However, the exceptionally nice early shift staff and helpful cleaning staff made our stay pleasant.

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were pretty quiet and cozy, which was nice, but unfortunately, I was right next door to very loud and obnoxious neighbors who had no regard for other folks staying at the hotel.
