I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean, spacious, and equipped with a microwave, fridge, and coffee maker, making it really convenient. The third-floor room I stayed in was impeccable. The staff, especially the early shift worker who welcomed us, was exceptionally nice, and the cleaning staff were always helpful and polite. The location close to key areas of Ottawa was a major plus, although the dining options were a bit limited.
